There are specific betting rules relating to each individual sport detailed in the sections below as well as the following general rules of betting that apply to all sports bets
1. By opening an account, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the rules of the site.
2. Titan Bet reserves the right to refuse the whole or any part of any bet request for any reason.
3. We reserve the right to close any account without obligation to state a reason.
4. Titan Bet reserves the right to change any of the published rules at any time without prior notification. It is the account holder's responsibility to be fully aware of all the rules prior to placing a wager.
5. By placing a bet with Titan Bet, the account holder signifies acceptance of our rules, whether or not the individual has read and understood them.
6. i) All prices are subject to change and are made available up to the official start time of the particular event concerned. ii) In cases where the official start time is not announced, bets are accepted up to the advertised start time. iii) Any bet that is accepted after the advertised or official start time - other than bets on live markets - will be declared void.
7. If Internet Gambling is illegal in the jurisdiction in which you reside, you are not authorised to place a bet at Titan Bet. You are responsible for checking and complying with the laws in your own jurisdiction before placing a bet on our web site. Titan Bet cannot be held responsible in any way for any action resulting from the use of this website in territories where gambling is illegal.
8. It is your responsibility to inform us immediately should any error occur on your account, in any bet or other in any other transaction ii) Any funds/winnings credited to an account in error are not available for use, and we reserve the right to void any transactions involving such funds.
9. Titan Bet cannot be held liable for failure of any equipment (wherever physically sited) which prevents the placing of bets or contact with our offices. ii) All online bet requests are confirmed by the "bet accepted" message being returned, and the relevant bet is immediately shown in the "My Account" section. iii) Titan Bet accepts no responsibility for bets which are submitted and not confirmed by our software in the above manner.
10. Titan Bet will only accept bets made with available funds in the player's account.
11. i) Where a dispute arises which cannot be resolved by our customer service staff, it will be passed to senior management for a decision. Any disputes, which cannot be mutually resolved, will be referred to the Financial Services Regulatory Commission (FSRC) . ii) Where there is evidence of price or match rigging, we reserve the right to make bets void or withhold payment pending the outcome of any investigation. iii) No claims or disputes will be considered more than 90 days after the settlement date of the original transaction.
12. Titan Bet endeavours to ensure complete accuracy with regards to the announcing, publishing and issuing of prices and other betting information. However, should an error occur, we cannot accept responsibility and reserve the right to correct obvious errors. If any pre-event bet is accepted in error bets will either be cancelled or will stand at the correct price, terms or market conditions. If any in-running (live) bets are accepted in error, all such bets will be made void.
13. For settling each way doubles, trebles and other multiple bets, the individual bets are calculated as distinct bets.
14. In situations where a price is requested, that price will apply to the player's selection on all bets in the player's betting slip.
15. When a dead-heat occurs, the player's stake will be divided by the number of runners involved in the dead-heat. The player will then be paid the full odds for this reduced stake. The remainder of the player's stake money will be lost.
16. Where the same selection is backed to win two or more events in an accumulative bet a special combined price will apply irrespective of any individual prices quoted. Where no special combined price is available settlement will be based on the first available odds after each leg has been completed.
17. Enhanced multiples are offered for a range of sports. The combined odds of the selections will be increased and presented as one price.
- 1. If one or more of the selections involved in the enhanced bet is void or a push for betting purposes, the bet will stand on the remaining selections and will be settled at the prices available at the time the bet was placed.
- 2. Unless special odds are quoted on this website, Titan Bet does not accept multiple bets where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of the other. For example, a correct score bet on Chelsea to win 3-0 and a match bet on Chelsea to win the game – if the scorecast is correct then the second bet would automatically be correct. If such a bet is taken in error, the player's stake will be divided equally between the separate single bets.
- 3. If, when placing a multiple bet online, your bet slip contains some related selections or markets, then only the unrelated multiples will be placed. This will be reflected in your stake. Returns may only be claimed on valid unrelated bets. If you are in doubt as to which of your selections are related, please contact our customer service team for a full explanation. Stakes can not be refunded on bets placed in error.
18. All bets accepted will be settled on the official result, unless otherwise stated.
19. Special related prices may be available on some events. These will be displayed on our text pages and can also be found on our website. All special bets will be settled in accordance with the unique rules set for that particular bet.
20. We cannot guarantee to pay or correct errors if they are brought to our attention more than six months after the official result of the last selection to run on the bet.
21. Bets can only be made through the Titan Bet website. Bets by phone, email or post are not accepted.
22. Where there is evidence of price, race, match or event rigging, we reserve the right to withhold payment, pending the outcome of any subsequent investigation and ultimately to declare bets on that event as void.
23. Where evidence of rigging exists or where there is evidence of a series of bets each containing the same selection(s), having been placed by or for the same individual or by a syndicate of individuals, we reserve the right to require claims for payment to be submitted in writing to our customer service department.
24. Titan Bet reserves the right to void any transactions where individuals are suspected of acting in conspiracy or concert; for example organisations, clubs or employees/agents of other bookmakers.
25. In the event of an official enquiry in relation to suspicious betting activity surrounding an event, we reserve the right to disclose confidential information to the sports governing body or their representatives, on the condition that they consent to keeping such information confidential.
26. For odd/even number markets, zero will be considered an even number.
27. Maximum payout limits
The maximum daily payout on any bet is €50,000. This amount excludes the original stake. The payout limit applies to any one customer, or group of customers acting together who have backed the same combination of selections. This also applies if the bets have been struck in a series of bets, at a range of prices over a number of days using different betting accounts, or different betting channels. If Titan Bet believes a number of bets have been placed this way, the total payment of the bets combined will be limited to one single maximum payout.
Titan Bet are not liable for any perceived loss of profits.28. Change of Venue
Unless otherwise stated in specific sport rules, if, for any listed match, the venue for that match is changed to the original away team’s ground, bets placed on the original listing will be declared void. If the venue is changed to somewhere other than the away team’s ground, bets will stand so long as the home team is still designated as such.29. Postponement
Unless otherwise stated in specific sport rules, if an event is postponed prior to its scheduled start time, bets will be void unless the match is rescheduled at the same venue within 24 hours. If the match is rescheduled to a different venue all bets will be void.30. Enhanced Multiples
If any selection in an enhanced multiple is abandoned, postponed, cancelled or otherwise declared void, the full bet will be declared void and stake returned.- Football
1. General
- 1. At Titan Bet, we accept single bets and multiples on all football matches.
- 2. All markets on football matches will be deemed for 90 minutes play (including any added injury time) unless otherwise stated on this website. If a match is abandoned before the scheduled 90 minutes has elapsed only bets that can be settled at the time the match was abandoned will stand. Any other bets will be declared void.
- 3. With the exception of in-play bets, bets will be accepted up to the kick off time of the particular game.
- 4. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of live updates, it is the player's responsibility to ensure that information is accurate before making a bet.
2. "Time Of" Bets
-
1. "Time of" bets (such as "time of first corner" or "time of first goal") will be settled according to the times shown by
the major TV station broadcasting the particular game. The time of the first corner will be settled as the time that
the corner was taken not when it was awarded and the time of the first booking will be settled as the time that the
card was shown to the player.
In the event of a dispute, the decision of Opta Index will be considered as final. -
2. Time Definition
45 minutes refers to the period from the beginning of a match up to half-time, including any stoppage time. 90 minutes refers to the period from kick off to full-time, including any added stoppage time played, but excluding extra time.
At the moment a game kicks off, it is deemed to be in the first minute. Therefore, an event occurring after 73 minutes and 01 seconds will be settled as occurring in the 74th minute. - 3. If a match is abandoned after the first goal is scored, all bets stand. If a match is abandoned before the first goal is scored, all bets accepted for time bands that have been completed will be considered losing bets and any other time band which included the time band of the abandonment will be void and treated as non-runners.
3. Scorecasts
- 1.This is a double bet that involves predicting which player will score the first goal in the game and what the final score of the game will be. As the two parts of this bet are related, specific odds are offered for the bet.
- 2. The player's stake is automatically changed to a single bet on the correct score if the chosen goalscorer did not enter the field of play before the first goal was scored.
- 3. If an own goal is scored the bet is settled based on the correct score and the next goalscorer. If there is no further goalscorer, the bet will be settled as a single correct score bet.
- 4. In the event that a match is abandoned, the bet will be void if no goals have been scored up to the point of abandonment. If a goal has been scored, the bet will be settled as a single first goalscorer bet.
4. Wincast
- 1. This is a double bet that involves predicting if a player will score at any point during a game and what the final score of the game will be.
- 2. The chosen player must start the match otherwise bets on that player are void and the stake is transferred to a single correct score bet.
- 3. In the event that a match is abandoned after the named player has scored the bet will be settled at the anytime goalscorer price.
- 4. In the event that a match is abandoned and the named player has not scored the bet will be void.
Titan Bet aims to ensure that all necessary score permutations are available to bet on. If the final score of the game is not listed then this is still taken to be the winning score and bets on other permutations are lost.5. 1st/Last/Anytime Goalscorer
- 1. 1st/last goalscorer bets are predictions on which player will score the first/last goal in the game. Anytime goalscorer bets are predictions that a particular player will score at any time during the match.

- 5. Bets on the 1st goalscorer will be void if the selection enters the field of play after the 1st goal has been scored.
- 6. All players who take part in a match for any length of time, will be considered runners for last or any time goalscorer purposes or for 1st goalscorer in case the game is still 0-0, or all goals scored were own goals.
- 7. Own goals do not count for purposes of 1st, last or anytime goalscorers. In the event of the first goal being an own goal, the next goalscorer will be deemed the first goalscorer.
- 8. A price will be offered for "No Goalscorer" in the match.
- 9. In the event of a dispute over the award of a goal for 1st/Last/Anytime Goalscorer betting, settlement will be based on the scorer as reported by OPTA.

20. Goal Line Market - Over/Under Goals
- 1. Over/Under bets are bets on whether the total number of goals in a match will be over or under a particular number, eg. if a stake is placed on under 1.5 goals the bet wins if zero or one goals are scored and loses if two or more goals are scored.
- 2. For split line bets, half the players stake is returned if the number of goals equals the goal line. For example, over 2/2.5 – if two goals are scored, there is one losing bet and one void bet therefore half the players stake is returned.
- 3. For bets on the goal line live market, all goals are considered regardless of whether they are scored before or after the bet is placed.
21. Combination Bets
- 1. In the event of any games being called off and not played in the next calendar day at the same venue, bets will be settled on remaining selections at the prevailing odds.

Bets on players not taking part in the match will be void as will bets on `first player to score` where the selection comes on after the 1st goal is scored. All players that have been on the field of play before the next goal is scored will be deemed runners.
- 5. If for any reason the press association does not produce statistics giving the names of players scoring for the matches outside the UK, then settlement will be based on information obtained from the national newspapers of the relevant country.
- 6. Subsequent enquiries by official bodies will not be considered for settlement purposes.
- 7. Please note that own goals do not count in the settlement of bets. In the event of a specified goal bet being placed in running, and an own goal is scored all bets will automatically be made void.
-
8. In-Running Asian Handicaps

- 4. If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes, bets will be void unless the outcome is already determined.

- 3. If there is a dispute over the scorer of a particular goal, the official scorer as published by OPTA will stand.
- 4. For the purposes of any shirt number bet, the number worn by a player at the beginning of the game is deemed to be their number for the entire match.

- 3. The total goals bet will be void if more than a third of the matches in the selection are either postponed or abandoned.
33. Team to Win by Most
From a group of fixtures, players must predict which team will finish with the greatest winning margin.
